We provide and encourage all arriving clients to use hand sanitizer on arrival to our salon.
Our front door, reception desk, eftpos machine, individual client benches, chairs, footstools, massage chairs and basin areas are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant after each client use.
We have space to seat our clients apart ensuring we can create a comfortable space between seated clients having services performed by Heather or Tana.
All our towels, capes and equipment are sterilised and cleaned after each individual service.
All tea, coffee, glass wear and serving trays used to serve refreshments are washed in hot soap water.
We strive to provide a hygienic environment for our clients and staff while we take care of your requested services.
We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell to please reschedule your appointment.
We do not have a cancellation policy as we understand the importance of providing a safe and clean salon environment for everyone.

We offer University & TAFE Students a 10% discount on some services weekdays before 5pm. I.D must be shown. Cannot be used in conjunction with afterpay. Ask staff for details.
Price lists are to be used as a guide only and may vary due to hair type and time taken to perform. Definite costing's can be given prior to commencement of service.
We believe in keeping our clients hair in good condition and in some circumstances a requested service will not be performed.

We will send you a courtesy SMS message reminder which will give you a chance to confirm at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please call the salon if you can’t make your appointment and would like to reschedule or reply with no to the sms.
Try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Our staff will be more than happy to utilize this time by settling you in comfortably.
